Terms of Service
By using Clout Connect you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Clout Connect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. Clout Connect is operated from Zimbabwe and these terms are governed by Zimbabwean law.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
3. Services Provided
Clout Connect provides social media engagement services including followers, likes, views, and similar. Service availability, quality, and delivery speed are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that delivered engagement will be permanent.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately via the support ticket system if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional offers such as referral rewards or coupon codes.
5. Wallet and Payments
Funds added to your Clout Connect wallet are held as credit and can only be used to place orders on the platform. Wallet balances are non-withdrawable. Top-ups are processed in USD equivalent and accepted via the following methods: Paynow (card and mobile money), EcoCash to O'Mari, OneMoney to O'Mari, InnBucks to O'Mari, and bank transfer via ZimSwitch. Exchange rates for ZWL-denominated payments are determined at the time of processing. We reserve the right to reverse or withhold a top-up if a payment is disputed, reversed by the payment provider, or found to be fraudulent.
6. Coupon Codes and Promotions
Coupon codes, referral rewards, and top-up bonuses are issued at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Each coupon is subject to its own terms including minimum order value, expiry date, and per-user limits. Abuse of promotional systems, including creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any credited amounts.
7. Reseller API Access
Registered users may access the Clout Connect reseller API to place orders programmatically. API access is subject to the same terms as standard use. You are responsible for all orders placed via your API keys. Keys must not be shared or embedded in publicly accessible code. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time.
8. Order Cancellation and Refills
Orders may be cancelled before delivery begins, subject to provider confirmation. Once an order is in progress or has been delivered, cancellation is not available. Refills are available for services that explicitly include a refill guarantee and are subject to provider availability. We do not guarantee refill timelines.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to target minors, to violate the terms of service of any social media platform, or to engage in any activity that harms Clout Connect or its users. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, scraping service data, or using automated tools to exploit pricing or promotional systems. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or any specific service. Provider outages, delays, or quality variations are outside our direct control.
11. Limitation of Liability
Clout Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account restrictions or bans on social media platforms, loss of business, revenue loss, or data loss. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
