What is Clout Connect?
Clout Connect is a social media marketing (SMM) panel serving Zimbabwe. It lets you buy engagement services — followers, likes, views, streams, and more — across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. Orders are processed automatically through our provider network. You pay in USD using local Zimbabwean payment methods.
How do I place an order?
Top up your wallet first, then go to New Order. Select a platform, pick a service, paste your link, choose a quantity, and hit Place Order. Most orders start processing within minutes. Make sure your profile or post is set to Public before ordering — private accounts cannot be fulfilled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EcoCash Instant (via PesePay — no redirect, approve a PIN on your phone), InnBucks Instant (same PIN-based flow), EcoCash to O'Mari via USSD, OneMoney to O'Mari via USSD, InnBucks to O'Mari via USSD, bank transfer via ZimSwitch, and Paynow (card and mobile money redirect). EcoCash Instant and InnBucks Instant credit your wallet automatically — no ticket needed. For USSD and bank methods, you open a support ticket after sending and we verify manually.
What is the EcoCash / InnBucks Instant top-up?
This is a seamless payment flow powered by PesePay. You enter your phone number, a PIN prompt is sent to your phone, you approve it, and your wallet is credited immediately — no redirect, no waiting. It works exactly like an EcoCash merchant payment but stays within the Clout Connect interface.
How long does delivery take?
Start time and delivery speed vary by service and are shown in the service description. Most orders start within 0–6 hours. Some premium services start within minutes. Once started, delivery speed depends on the quantity and service tier. Bulk orders on slower services can take several days to complete.
What is the difference between Basic, Medium, and Elite services?
Basic services use bot-sourced delivery — affordable but with no retention guarantee. Medium services offer tested, stable quality and often include a refill window. Elite services use organic or high-retention delivery methods and are the most reliable option. The tier is shown on every service card before you order.
What does a Refill Guarantee mean?
Some services guarantee a refill if the count drops within a specified period (e.g. 30 days, 365 days, Lifetime). If you experience a drop, open a support ticket with your order ID and we will initiate a refill. Refill timelines depend on provider availability.
Can I cancel an order?
Some services support cancellation before delivery starts — this is shown in the service description. Once an order is In Progress or Completed, cancellation is generally not possible. For supported services, go to My Orders and use the Cancel option. Refunds for cancelled orders are credited to your wallet.
My order shows Error — what do I do?
An Error usually means the link was invalid, the profile was private, or the service was temporarily unavailable. Check your link and profile visibility settings first. Then open a support ticket with your order ID and we will investigate. Most errors are resolved with a re-run or refund to wallet.
What is the wallet and how does it work?
Your wallet holds a USD balance used to place orders. Top up using any accepted payment method, then spend from that balance. The wallet balance is shown in the sidebar and on the Add Funds page. Wallet funds are non-withdrawable but can be used for any service on the platform. You can view your full transaction history under Add Funds → History.
What are voucher codes?
Voucher codes are promotional codes that credit your wallet with a fixed USD amount when redeemed. You can redeem a code under Add Funds → History & Settings → Redeem Voucher. Each code has a maximum number of uses and may have an expiry date. One redemption per code per account.
How does the referral programme work?
You have a unique referral link in your Profile page. When someone signs up using your link and makes their first top-up, you earn a percentage of that top-up as a wallet credit — automatically, with no action required. You can track your referrals and earnings on the Refer & Earn page.
What is identity verification (KYC)?
For large top-ups above a configured threshold, we require you to verify your identity by submitting a national ID or passport photo. You can submit a document under Profile → Security → Identity Verification. Once submitted, we review it within 24 hours and notify you of the outcome. Approved users have no top-up restrictions.
What is two-factor authentication (2FA)?
2FA adds a second layer of security to your account using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. You can enable it under Profile → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Once enabled, you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your app on login in addition to your password.
Do you have a reseller API?
Yes. Registered users can generate API keys under the API Access page (in the sidebar). The API supports listing services, placing orders, and checking order status. You can also set a webhook URL on each key to receive real-time POST notifications when an order status changes. Full documentation and code examples are on the API Access page.
What are order templates?
Order templates let you save a service, quantity, and target link as a named configuration for quick reordering. For example, save 'Monday TikTok boost' as a template and reuse it each week with two taps. Templates are available on the New Order page after you select a service.
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket from the Support page in the sidebar. Include your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to respond within a few hours during business hours. AI-assisted replies may handle common queries automatically.
